OLA Band Ensemble

All rehearsals are in the music room on Tuesdays, 3:00-4:00pm.
Please make arrangements for your child to be picked up in front of the Elementary Building promptly at 4:00pm.

OLA MUSIC FEST 2012
Wednesday, May 23, 2012
School Assembly Performance at 1:30pm
Assembly attire: school uniform.
Report to the music room at 1:00 to warm up & tune.

Wednesday, May 23, 2012
Evening Concert at 7:00pm
Concert attire:
navy or black pants
(girls may wear pants or a long navy or black skirt)
white button-down shirt
dark socks/stockings
dark shoes
Report to the EB Gymnasium at 6:15 to receive cummerbund and bow tie, and to warm up & tune.

Attendance at both the School Assembly Performance and the Evening Concert are mandatory. If you have a conflict, e-mail me as soon as possible. Please do not have your child tell me of the conflict in school - I want the information to come from the parents, in writing.
Every attempt will be made to avoid sports team conflicts by coordinating with the Athletic Association.
